Cancellation Timeframes:
Product Orders:
All product orders must be cancelled at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled delivery or pickup date. If you need to cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance will receive store credit
Event Orders:
For charcuterie products and grazing tables provided for events, including parties, gatherings, or corporate functions, cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance of the scheduled event date.
If you need to cancel an event order within this timeframe, please notify our customer service team promptly.
Cancellations made less than 3 weeks in advance may not be eligible for a refund, as we allocate resources and prepare the necessary ingredients for your event well in advance.
Refunds and Deposits:
Event Orders:
Deposits and payments made for event orders are non-refundable. These deposits secure your reservation and allow us to allocate resources for your event.

Quality Issues:
If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards or is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Force Majeure:
In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other events deemed as force majeure, we reserve the right to modify or cancel orders. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling the order or offering a refund.
